PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Carry out Ascom Professional services including installation, commissioning and analysis of Ascom products and solutions
• Carry out Ascom Professional services including installation, commissioning and analysis of Ascom products and solutions
• Monitor customer satisfaction with post-service customer surveys
• Technical leadership for Ascom medvice products and solutions
• Interface with customers and peers to collect information needed to perform professional services
• Use the Ascom US Service Management system to establish customer configuration data after the installation.
• Establish and maintain good knowledge of Ascom patient monitoring solutions and associated medical technology
• Travel time will often be in excess of 75% during a given month

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS

• Associates degree in a technical discipline or 5 years experience working with IT and medical technology
• Microsoft Server and Desktop operating systems (3 yrs min.)
• Troubleshooting
• Verbal communications: speak fluent English & present well
• Written communications: efficiently compose formal communication documents
• Basic PC skills & Microsoft Office products
