Ascom e-Learning featuring Cisco, Avaya & ShoreTel integration

Research Triangle Park, NC – Ascom is pleased to announce that the Ascom Academy now offers a new web based learning management system and hosts self-paced courses for Ascom customers and partners.  Customers and partners now have an easy way to learn about the features and functionality of Ascom products or become certified with Ascom.  In addition, Ascom continues to offer a wide range of instructor led training courses.

Ascom offers e-Learning courses on the fundamentals of the Ascom FreeNET VoWiFi solution as well as courses for voice and messaging applications using FreeNET SIP technology with integration partners such as Cisco, Avaya and ShoreTel.  The courses are self-paced and allow the student to take the fundamentals class first and then continue with certification courses.
