Clinical Specialist (Phoenix)

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Frequent travel to conduct in-service training at the customer sites (minimum 75% travel time)
  • Develop and coordinate end-user training material per the standards of the Ascom Academy
  • Frequent interaction with the sales and service teams to coordinate customer training events
  • In-service training program and course developer including Super User training
  • Provide training to sales team on nursing function
  • Consultation for pre-sales, post-sales and internal communications
  • Conduct user feedback forums for product/feature improvements



QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • BSN or equivalent with RN license
  • 5 years experience in healthcare environment and/or 5 years in education as a technical or end service instructor
  • 5 years experience as an in-service end use instructor or super-user for in-building wireless systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (speaks fluent English)
  • Strong computer skills with knowledge in MS Office programs, specifically Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Technical writing experience
  • Aptitude to problem solve and work through obstacles
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
  • Excellent customer service skills
